The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, Milagros Soap Company ships merchandise to locations within the United States.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  Milagros uses the USPS as their preferred shipping agent.  The calculated shipping charge is an estimate and may vary.  Milagros will choose the most cost effective shipping method unless otherwise specified by the customer.  Milagros adds a minimal handeling fee to all orders.  This covers the cost of the supplies used to ship your package.

  Milagros processses orders on a daily basis.  In most cases your order will ship within 4 business days.  However, in rare cases we may be out of an item, requiring more processing time.  We will only ship completed orders.




• Sales Tax

• Milagros Soap Company charges sales tax for merchandise ordered based on Colorado Tax Laws.  All orders will be charged at an 8.60% sales tax rate.
